At the moment, well, American Movie Classics is showing an American movie classic, and I thought, well, hey, it won in four of the seven categories it was nominated for, for a fairly major award. Let's see how it is.

And I have to say, it's pretty much living up to my expectations for it. And, well, there is the eye candy. (Mmm, she's hot.)

I tried to watch 10 minutes of it this weekend. I'm so happy to discover that I won't watch anything with comic book characters in it after all.

I managed to watch about three minutes (from when she went nutty over the catnip at some old lady's place, to when she told off her boss), and was just...whoa. I've seen SciFi pictures with better production values, which is quite scary, given the crap I watch when they air it.

I'd originally been pissed off that they did some whole new character for Catwoman, as Selina's one of my favorites in comics, but damn, I'm glad her name wasn't sullied by this piece of crap.
