Sure, I'm a sucker for a meme. Yadda yadda, IMDb keywords for a single movie, yadda, guess. All movies guaranteed to be uniquely defined by the keywords. Keywords alphabetized for each movie; movies alphabetized by first keyword. Feel free to post guesses in the comments.
  1. Blindness / Flood / Radio Station
  2. Charades / Kite / Knife in Thigh
  3. Cheating at Cards / House Painter / Telegraph Office
  4. Coney Island / Lobster / Pygmalion
  5. Cop Killer / Handcuffs / Work Ethic
  6. Exchange Student / Snow / Voice Impersonator
  7. Fibonacci / Judaism / Paranoia
  8. Grocery Store / Orphanage / Stuttering
  9. Havana Cuba / Head Cold / Sewer
  10. Narcolepsy / Rich Snob / Told in Flashback
As a bonus hint, one of these movies (I won't say which one) is the only movie for which "Rolltop Desk" is a keyword. Another one is the only movie for which "University of Wisconsin" is a keyword. "Fibonacci" would be unique if it weren't for that recent thing with Tom Hanks.

(Quick personal note to Ms. Smith, if she's still reading--hi, got your email, terribly far behind on answering things, will reply soon.)

Yup, that's right! (I decided not to go with "Toad" or "Bipolar Disorder". It is, though, the only movie with "Pomade" as a keyword.)

6 is correct 10 is not--though "Flashback Sequence" is a keyword, "Told in Flashback" is not. (Nor is "Rich Snob" in there.)

5. His Girl Friday

Gotta say, I was originally thinking LA Confidential, but then I remembered I have the brain of a pancake.

Wait, if (5) is His Girl Friday and (1) is O Brother, Where Art Thou, how come only one movie has "Rolltop Desk" as a keyword?

Oh, good guess! And "lobster" is right for that--but, no. (I don't think they ever went to Coney Island.)

Fine question. But in fact, His Girl Friday is the only movie in the IMDb with "Rolltop Desk" as a keyword. It didn't even occur to me that it'd be right for O Brother, too.

On the one hand, #5 is wrong; but on the other hand, you're the first one to spot #10. (And the others, of course, are right.)

I wonder if I might have guessed (5) if I hadn't spotted the rolltop desk in O Brother and stopped looking for it elsewhere. Well, probably not; Reservoir Dogs seems like a pretty good match too.

reservoir dogs is a good choice, too. i was definitely thinking la confidental, but the handcuff thing is a big deal in HGF.

gotta say, some of the best hats used in the movies sat atop the savvy head of hildy johnson.

#8 is a reach here, but is it Dead Again? this one has been bothering me since i first read this, and while stuttering and orphanage does make sense, the grocery store threw me off. there's a mart of some sort, where we see the back room when kenneth brannagh meets robin williams, but i think it's smaller than a grocery store so i am not 100% convinced.

i did see this nine times in the theater, and spent that year past life regressing all my pals through the power of hypnosis. good times.

In fact, it's very much Dead Again, which is just utterly one of my favorite movies ever. The IMDb's keywords aren't always quite accurate, but I think that's the grocery store they have in mind.

I haven't seen the movie versions, but presumably both versions of The Front Page should also have "rolltop desk" as a keyword.

No--I've seen Harold and Maude, once, long ago, but not well enough to remember. In fact, #2 is what bookishfellow alludes to below.
