My wife suggested I needed a cat macro that says "I can has apartmant nou?" The thing is, lolcat is clearly a degenerate form of real estate adspeak anyway, so it seems redundant. But among the things I DO. NOT. WANT. are:

• People who forget that Craigslist isn't the real estate pages; there's no need to post "4th fl. walk-up, h/w floors, w/d in building". Spell it out. Give more details. Details are good.
• People who forget that Craigslist isn't a college writing assignment where you have to write at least two pages. Shut up already.
• Spam. Stop telling me about these repossessed homes whose mortgages I can buy. Or these vague apartment postings with generic pictures and a link to a random website, often something like "kentuckyapartments.com". The worst so far was a very nice description of a very reasonable-sounding apartment, at Tara Blvd. and Iron Gate Lane in Jonesboro. Long commute, though.

Another charming ad tells me: "NO SMOKING OR DRINKING (EXCEPT 2 DRINKS PER DAY)." But who's counting?

Also very tired.
