Logistic nightmares

Our movers are, to our surprise, arriving in Philadelphia tomorrow morning at 9am, and not later in the week as we expected. Which means that we have to drive to Philly today, arriving whenever it is that we arrive, presumably sometime after 6.

The landlords of our new place can't meet us on-site to sign the lease; it has to be done in the office, along with the exchange of keys, money, etc. They open at 9am.

The logistical problems inherent in this may be obvious.

I fucking hate being in a philadelphia.

Getting there...

We're now in a hotel in Philadelphia. We've eaten. And we got here in one piece. (Note to certain Bostonian Haverfordians: had we gone door-to-door, rather than continuing south past the city to the airport and finding a hotel here, it would have taken us pretty much five and a half hours, perhaps closer to six, nowhere near eight.)

More, perhaps, tomorrow, should we survive.
