Just scored three weeks of NYT crosswords (Feb 3-23), and it's not pretty. I actually ended up ahead of what I'm calling "even" for the last of the three weeks--by 15 points, aided by breaking ten minutes on a Saturday crossword that seems to have been easier than most (and even then I made a mistake on it). The other two weeks: down 500; down 525. Including a Friday I couldn't finish in half an hour (the 14th), a Sunday that took me half an hour with three letters wrong...

I've got three weeks from January still to check, done while I was in South Carolina, but I'm not sure I want to go through them right now. Stamford, here I come. Very slowly.
