Wedding dresses
Nov. 10th, 2003 12:33 amHappily, LeighJen has found the wedding dress that she wants: Oriana's #4040. Some details: "Features: mermaid, spaghetti straps, V-back, fishtail train. Fabric: paillettes, bugle beads. Gold paillettes in diminishing size from very small on the neckline to large at the hem. Gold bugle beads along neckline and draped gold beads and small paillettes on shoulder and arm." But the description can't do it justice; only the picture can make you see what we see in it.
(Though you must understand that this Lady Roi creation was near the top of our list.)
These are courtesy of http://www.uglyweddingdress.com/, which my fiancée and I spent a good half hour bonding over, going, "Oh, my god, whatever else happens, that won't be in our wedding." I'm not positive how much our tastes coincide, but it's good to know that we're very much agreed on what shows an utter lack of taste.
Do poke around the site--the archives are short, but the writing is very, very amusing, and the dresses are so terribly hideous.
