But certainly Jon Carroll (http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/2004/08/10/DDGIJ7Q2LG1.DTL) had the same reaction. And I don't quite know how "toast" fits into that.
I see a problem - there are many name duplications. I think I would cease to be happy, even having stated it in a self-affirming way to the nice wait-staff, if I wanted a salad and got flax crackers instead of greenery with my hummus.
