What on earth is that song? I don't think I've ever encountered it.

It's one of the many "jingles" (to use the word loosely) from an Atlanta-based advertising campaign for Longhorn Steak House. These two men would sing the jingles badly with thick Southern accents and occasional side commentary.
I think there is now (or was briefly) a Longhorn in Landmark Center next to the Fenway theatre, but the ad campaign seems not to still be in use.
