Dear person I just called: when the outgoing message on your voicemail is, in its entirety, "Sorry I missed you, leave a message", you're not helping people who fear they may have a wrong number. (This is all the more true when people are calling you about business.)
Dear person at the Diesel: do understand that I don't hate you because of your behind-closed-doors choices. I hate you because you don't shower. Please, please don't walk near my table any more. Or past me outside the bathroom.
