Oh my, I couldn't really do that with mine. My iTunes library has close to 25K pieces in it, over 60 days worth of sound. I don't have Zabekiko, but I do have at least 5 or 6 hours beyond where that would be, starting with "Zapca" by Plastic People of the Universe and ending with "ZZ Blues" from Sesame Street. Then there's a couple of albums from Japan that have titles that iTunes put AFTER Z, but we won't count them. And of course, within 5 or 6 hours of Z, I have 45 minutes of Alan Watts talking about "Zen and the Art of Controlled Accidents." This is sandwiched between (natch) "Zen and the Art of Breaking Everything Down" by World/Inferno Friendship Society and "Zero" by Consolidated (which is followed by "Zero" by Lamb and "Zero Zero" by Lucien Lavoute).
This is going to get worse when Ed & I put in the Linux ow, which will include all of HIS music as well as all of mine.
I'm much less an audiophile than you are, it's true. In my case, we're talking only seven days of music (and I did skip over files that were just someone talking). Of course, I also didn't do this in one sitting.
Congratulations. My iTunes library contains about eight-and-a-half days of sound and my Podder's Wheel trek lasted from January to August. What was the duration of your trek?
I made the transition from C to D on March 29th, according to old LJ posts, so I must've started...after January 1, I'd assume. Perhaps about the same amount of time as yours, only with less actual music in it.
