This stupid couch
May. 21st, 2010 08:14 amAll right, we tried to move a couch into our apartment, and it didn't fit, and now it's sitting on the back porch. So I tried posting it for sale on Craigslist; no takers. Then I tried posting it for free on Craigslist, and again, no takers. And then I called the Salvation Army and said "please, I have furniture I'd like to give you, come get it", and they never called back.
The next step, probably this weekend, is to move it out to the front curb, and since I can't lift it in one piece, that's going to mean a crowbar, a knife, and possibly the kitchen torch. But before that happens, if anyone has any good ideas that don't involve us lifting it anywhere, please, I'm all ears.

on a non-couch related note..
