The niece I have been calling "Denise" is now, as of an hour ago, called Abby Makayla. Trip to Atlanta planned soon; must get new power cord for camera.
(Of course, it puts me in mind of "Thatch", a comic strip from the early 90s at Brown that occasionally included the superhero PC Man. At one point, PC Man told a boy in a sandbox that the proper term was "women", not "girls"; when the boy pointed out that the people in question were eight years old, PC Man suggested "pre-women".)
