Q and patriotism
Aug. 11th, 2004 01:43 amI went through all the songs with Q's in them (Killer Queen, Florence Quits, Little Earthquakes, Queen of Argyll...) though I did skip Harry Chapin's "Sequel" because it's kind of long and boring.
And now, the patriotic mix! Appropriately, the first three alphabetically are 99 Red Baloons, A Whiter Shade of Pale, and Behind Blue Eyes (the Anthony Stewart Head version). Famous Blue Raincoat, Flowers are Red, Blue Moon, White Wedding, Red Hill Mining Town...it's another really nice eclectic mix of things. 27 songs total (well, with two versions of Famous Blue Raincoat, but I did listen to all three of Suzanne, so, hey).
