LJ lists 10516 users interested in "sleep." I don't seem to be one. (I looked; that doesn't even put it in the top 20. The top is "music" with almost 103,000 users. Well, how informative of them.)

10 users interested in "lambda calculus."

99 in "cty," or rather 100 now that I added myself, on the off chance that someone who once knew me will perform the same search. Of course, since I'm listed as "Henry," and since I think they're probably all born in the 1980s, it's not likely.

21 in "cryptic crosswords." Including one who posts exclusively in cryptic clues. Bad ones, mind you.

77 in "steven brust," many of whom have Brustian names.

22 in "emma bull," only one of whom I recognized, but one who uses the name glaistig, which shows she means it.

7 in "the flash girls."

6 in "sean stewart," one of whom I know.

...and five members of NPL, of whom I am now one. Along with two people who live in the same city as me.

Actually, I've found at least nine NPLers on LiveJournal:
Alcuina, Saxifrage, Tahnan, Spelvin, Sidhe, Pfire, Tablesaw, Maelstrom, and whoever "loxocosmic" is.

Pfire actually comes up as the user with the 2nd most similar interests to mine.

OK, yes, out of fairness, I'd found Pfire and loxocosmic by trying "national puzzlers league" with various apostrophizations. Loxocosmic is Kid Charlemagne, from the email address.
