It occurs to me that people might not want to read my entire generals paper but might still want a sense of what it's about. For them, I've posted a sort of abstract version, formed on the principle that anything important probably got italicized or boldfaced. So that webpage contains just those things. I've kept in paragraph boundaries for ease of reading (though I did remove whitespace between paragraphs, as otherwise there would be long stretches of blank lines corresponding to the unimportant paragraphs).
