My favorite line from the RNC Monday night: Senator Norm Coleman (R-MN) citing Minnesota native Bob Dylan as saying "they times they are a-changin'" referring to his belief that his state was shifting to the Republicans.

I mean, I haven't seen Bob Roberts, and I winced. What was he thinking?
