Last night, Cheney called Zell Miller "the conscience of the Democratic Party".

Today, Terry McAuliffe (chairman of the DNC) not only said that Zell is not a Democrat and that he stays with the party only because it helps him sell books, but also called him "the Darth Vader of the Democratic Party".

did you hear him challenge chris matthews to a duel last night? well, okay, it's more like he told chris matthews that he wished this were an era in which it were appropriate to challenge people to duels. perhaps he meant light saber duels.

my sister lives in georgia. she says that in georgia the democrats have bumper stickers that say, "what the hell, zell?"

Only tangeniantly related, but have you watched Outfoxed? It's a documentary about the Fox News Channel and the b***-s*** that is their slogan. Not overly informative, but there are a couple of interesting tidbits (such as how a reporter was bullied into lying about the celebrations at the Ronald Reagan Library for his birthday one year).
